Special school council meeting re: amalgamation

This meeting's thoughts from the pupils:

For 

• It will be good because the older children can help the younger children.
• The big children can look after you if you are upset.
• We will be able to see our brothers and sisters.
• We will be able to use the junior equipment.
• We won’t have to leave the Infants.

Against   

• A worry that my Mum won’t find me if the school is big.
• Will we get tired going up and down the steps?
• Assembly will be too crowded.
• If the big children bump into the small children they might hurt them.
• The playground might get too loud and the little children might not like it.
• The small children might be shy with a new teacher.

Outcome of meeting

We think it is a good idea to be one big school.
